7月20日 Here's to goodbye tomorrow's gonna come too soon.Bonjour tout le monde,
In case nobody has ever said ''student loans are a bitch'', allow me the pleasure. Actually, being poor is suckier HAR. Luckily, after a bank update from ma mère...I decided I can probably continue my travels until planned. That be a good thing. However plans are drastically changing...if ever solidified at all.
Peee-Esss...does anyone actually read this? I suppose I will when I'm old and farty.
Anyways, I'm still staying in St. Hilaire with the Myers family who I met through couchsurfing.com. It's been good but my mom just sent me a new rail pass...which means I should be getting a move on. I have a little over a month left to go - haven't decided yet if that's a good or bad thing - and am now thinking of venturing out of France once again to Ireland (for some beer), Amsterdam (for some....), and Andorra (for some shopping paradise). But there's still Corsica to hit up as well. So I'm thinking some hosteling in Andorra and Amsterdam and camping in Corsica and Ireland. In what order, though, who knows??? But the way I see it, I've spent 3 super duper months in France and have 1 left o see all and do all that I can. But it's been oh so good, ma chère!
Anyways, that's the update on my THOUGHTS for now. I'm still vegging in western France and until I actually get a move on...well, the adventures are on pause for the moment. Hey, everyone needs a holid ay from a holiday you know.
And did I mention that I'm trying to sort out student loans stuff for uni while I'm here. Such a pain.
And if anyone cares to tell me what's going on at home or in the world...I would love you forever, because I'm seriously living in the dark.
Oh...and things I'm going to do when I get home:
- walk my dog - spend a full day in my bed - run around the block
- eat all the food I have been missing for three months!!
- watch a ton of tv and movies in English - pick up a guitar again
- PARTYYYYYY
That should do 'er for now. But the biggest thing...I miss you all at home. Never realized how much I love you all. Here's to the nights we felt alive, Trish. 回應 (3)
